Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Your existing plan remains active, and premium content remains accessible, until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of a demonstrated billing error or service fault. Requests are reviewed individually — contact us via the Contact page with your account email and order details.

Failed or disputed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge per Razorpay’s standard retry schedule. Access may be paused if payment cannot be completed within the grace period shown on your billing page.
