These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Legallab (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Access to paid content is granted only once payment has been confirmed by our payment processor and reflected in your account.

3. Acceptable use of content

Content, including downloaded reports, is licensed for your individual or internal organisational use under your active plan. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly republishing Legallab content without written permission is prohibited. Signed download links are personal and time-limited; sharing them is a violation of these Terms.

4. No legal advice

Legallab publishes research and analysis for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, and does not create a professional-services relationship.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how cancellation affects access and billing.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
